Community Service Projects

Our chapter has given thousands of hours to community service projects in the Pasadena Bay Area and has provided much needed funding through various fundraisers and donations.

Pasadena Habitat for Humanity

Provides affordable housing to many families in the Pasadena area since 1994.  Pasadena Bay Junior Forum provides lunch two Saturdays a month, provides refreshments for the house dedications, and presents a gift to the new homeowners.  PBAJF is honored to be a part of this dedicated group of people.

Project Joy and Hope

Is an organization dedicated to enhance the quality of families and children who live with life-limiting conditions.  Pasadena Bay Area Junior Forum is proud to volunteer our time and assist this group in their mission.

Verne Cox Multipurpose Recreation Center

Offers recreational activities for children and adults with disabilities.  Pasadena Bay Area Junior Forum enjoys our volunteer work at the Verne Cox facility Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas and Valentine parties and the annual wheelchair baseball and basketball tournaments.  The Verne Cox Multi-Purpose Center is located at 5200 Burke Road in Pasadena...CLICK HERE to visit their website to learn more!

Our chapter volunteers at City of Pasadena events, sponsors a family at Christmas, and actively participates and supports local animal shelters by fostering, volunteering, donating, and finding homes for shelter animals.   Pasadena Bay Area Junior Forum is always seeking new ways to volunteer.
